Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where available).

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within Uttar Pradesh: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional orders.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive your tracking number via email or SMS after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate. BroStyle is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you for further instructions.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will review your request and work toward a suitable resolution.
